Cancellation Policy – Punahal Law House

At Punahal Law House, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Customers may request cancellation of an order subject to the conditions mentioned below.

1. Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled if the cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched.

To request cancellation, customers should contact us as soon as possible with their order number and registered contact details.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to follow our Return Policy, where applicable.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders that have already been dispatched generally cannot be cancelled through the website.

If the customer does not wish to accept the delivery, the customer may contact us immediately. Any refund, where applicable, will be processed after the returned shipment is received and inspected.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an eligible cancellation is approved and payment has already been received, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method. The actual time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

 

4. Orders Already Delivered

Once an order has been delivered, cancellation is not applicable. Customers should refer to our Return Policy for eligible returns.

 

5. Cancellation by Punahal Law House

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

Product being unavailable.
Incorrect or incomplete product information.
Incorrect pricing or technical errors.
Delivery address being incomplete or invalid.
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
